Appointment Cancellation Policy

ONLINE APPOINTMENTS: I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice cancellations to receive the whole deposit back and to allow me to fill that time with another client that may need a service. Our booking system sends automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment to the phone number you provided. Since the services are reserved for you, a Cancellation fee will apply. – Cancellation fewer than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved amount. – No shows or cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved amount and the Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
